SPARTAN

Cucurbita pepo 100 days. These big, burly, attractive pumpkins form consistently uniform, barrel-shaped fruit with dark orange rind and secure, dark green handles. Averaging between 20-25 pounds, Spartan is an excellent carving pumpkin with a fairly hollow, easy-to-clean interior. Disease-resistant plants are robust and bushy, producing big fruit even in the heat of summer. Approximately 7 seeds per gram. IR: PM.
